Refund & Cancellation Policy

How Lernoto (operated by ORIZIS TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED) handles cancellations and refunds for payments made by Mobile Money.

1. When you can get a refund

You were charged in error or for a duplicate payment
Within 7 days of enrolment, if you have completed less than 20% of the course

2. When a refund does not apply

After the refund window, or once significant course content or a certificate has been accessed, fees are non-refundable.

3. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the same Mobile Money number used to pay, normally within 5–10 business days, subject to the network and pawaPay.

4. How to request

Email office@orizisgroup.com with your name, the Mobile Money number used, amount and date. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
