1. Who we are

Lernoto is operated by ORIZIS TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED, registration no. 120241001416, TPIN 2002580846, of 41 Kasho Road, Roma Park, Lusaka, Lusaka Province, Zambia. Contact: office@orizisgroup.com.

2. Our service

Lernoto is an online service offering online courses to customers in Zambia. All courses are delivered entirely online — there are no physical products, classrooms or shipping. On finishing a course you receive a “Certificate of Completion” only, which confirms that you completed that course on our platform.

A Certificate of Completion is not an accredited or government-recognised qualification. Lernoto is not an accredited institution and our certificates do not imply TEVETA, ministry or any other official accreditation.

3. Payments

Payments are made via Mobile Money (MTN, Airtel or Zamtel), processed by our provider pawaPay. Prices are shown in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW). You authorise a charge by approving the Mobile Money prompt with your PIN. You pay to enrol in a course and access its lessons and materials. On completion you may receive a Certificate of Completion.

4. Your responsibilities

5. Beware of scams

Lernoto will never ask you to pay a random third party outside the official checkout. If in doubt, contact us first.

6. Refunds

See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you have under Zambian law that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Competition and Consumer Protection Act, 2010 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2021.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia.

9. Complaints & contact

If you have a concern, please contact us first at office@orizisgroup.com and we will try to resolve it. You may also refer a complaint to the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC), or, for electronic-transaction matters, the Zambia Information and Communications Technology Authority (ZICTA).
